  • Can we meet somewhere to pick up our equipment?

We will determine each situation based on individual needs. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

  • What if the day we arrive or while we are camping it rains or storms and we want to leave early?

Tents & rain don’t always mix well. Since our cancellation policy will not apply at this time, what we will do is give you credit for any unused days. Those credits will have no expiration date so you can make plans for your next trip whenever you want.

  • What if I don’t know how to set up or work a piece of equipment?

There are instructions with any of the equipment that needs them.  We also have some how-to videos for tent set ups and grill operations. If you’re unsure of anything beforehand, just ask and we can email the instructions over to you or if you are onsite and have questions just reach out.

  • What if we have a road trip planned and will be driving multiply days – do we still have to pay for the equipment during our driving days?

We definitely don’t want to charge anyone for days they aren’t even using the equipment so as a compromise, with proof of reservations that require multiple days of driving we will only charge 50% for those driving days.
